If you would like to combine your love of children with a summer job opportunity, here's Good News: St. Ann's Episcopal Church seeks applicants to staff our East Nashville Hope Exchange Summer Program 2009. At EN Hope Exchange, 40 children who have completed first through third grades participate in the program, and the child to teacher ratio is 10:1. Applicants must be academically strong, dependable, ambitious, energetic, and creative. Strong leadership skills and experience working with children are preferred.

We seek applicants for the following positions:

Director (filled for 2009)
Assistant Director (filled for 2009)
Teachers
Teacher Assistants

EN Hope Exchange staff will have two weeks of training (June 1 - June 12 ~ includes Saturday, June 6 and Sunday, June 14 and enrollment nights, June 3 and 4). The five-week summer program will be held June 15 - July 17, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Weekly Caregiver Empowerment Dinners are held each Tuesday, 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm, beginning June 11. Following the end of the program, the staff will participate in a week of assessment and reflection July 20 - 24.
